If you want to sell your property, you need a good listing agent!!!  I love well researched and organized files.  If a realtor has a possible buyer for your property, it is important that I make his job easy.  As your listing agent I will —–

  • Enter your listing in the Mountain Central Multiple Listing Service (MLS) which has over 250 active agents
  • Publish your listing on our website www.CascadeLakeRealty.com which is our most effective tool.  We receive between 1700 to 2000 visits per month and it is placed in the Top Two when you do a Google search for Cascade Real Estate or Valley County Idaho Real Estate
  • Construct, publish and monitor a virtual tour of your property.  It will appear at www.CascadeLakeRealty.com and also on your listing in the Multiple Listing Service
  • Display your listing on cooperating brokers’ websites through the Multiple Listing Service.
  • Distribute your listing to Realtor.com, Google, Zillow, Trulia – all popular search sites for Buyers.
  • Advertise in the Cascade Lake Realty Flyer which is distributed throughout Cascade to restaurants, grocery store, bank and hotels.  A small but very effective advertising tool.
  • Research the particulars of your property — septic, well, corner locations, special features — to make your property easy for realtors to sell and buyers to buy.
  • Place a real estate yard sign on your property.
  • Encourage other realtors to become familiar with your property.
  • Be available.  Our office is staffed six days a week.
